Terrible experience with this Dr. My mom had PCNSL. We rarely saw Dr. Glantz unless it was clinic day and then it was very fleeting. If we had questions when we were at home, it was impossible to speak to him via phone or get a response from his nurse. When he stopped treatment, he told us via a message that he left on our answering machine and then refused to return our phone calls when we wished to speak to him in person. Terrible bedside manners to say the very least

When he first starts seeing a patient, you will see him frequently but after the first few weeks you only see his PA-C. When you are admitted to hospital you hardly ever see him. My son was there for almost 4 weeks, we asked to see him multiple times and never seen him. They kept giving us excuses. He also sugar coats everything. He will not tell you the worst case scenario. He kept giving us hope my son would get better. We had to have the ICU doctor tells us the bad news not him.
