Dont recommend
Find another pain management managerThe initial consult was very disappointing; distance and put off-ish quick to leave the appointment without concluding. A poor excuse of a physician stated my assistant would come in for further questions approximately the length of theappointment less than ten minutes. I don't recommend it; I strongly suggest the clinic find another pain doctor.

Most helpful pain management doctor I have seen
First meeting I had didn't go so well. (Jan. 2022) I have a lot of allergies and serious side effects to many medications. I agreed to try one that I hadn't had in a while which proved to be an issue as I figured. However, every visit since then has been a positive one and he listens to me. I have tried to get my tailbone pain under control for 20 years now and he is the first one who has succeeded. Thanks to him ordering an MRI, we found that a pedicle screw was broken, and the radiologist recommended a CT to check for other hardware issues. Six weeks later had a CT done which showed that not one, but two screws were broken and other screws above them were loose, thus the reason for spinal revision surgery. I have an appointment in a couple weeks and hopefully it will go just as well. It takes more than one visit to get to know Dr. Cohen and so far I have had positive experiences with him. Each person is different and sometimes it's a matter of trial and error to find what works.
