Dr. Michael Bagwell, DO

The receptionist was very rude when trying to make an appointment. When I went in for my appointment, I was put in a room and waited in there for almost an hour because they forgot I was in there. Was only going there because I didn’t want to change doctors, since I have a chronic illness. But just today, I was told that they dropped my insurance. So finally posting my review of their office, since I’ll no longer be seeing them.

Most of the time they do not answer their phones. If you call the on call doctor with emergencies they never call you back.

Only gave this Medical Office a One star because Zero was not an option. I made an appointment for Tuesday 12/6/22 for 9:15am. I was a new patient and had completed all necessary paperwork via their portal prior to my arrival. I signed in at 8:55am and at 10:05 I was still sitting in the waiting room. I asked the front desk how much longer was my wait? She said that there was still one ahead of me and she couldn't give me an exact time. I asked to speak with the office manager. She came to the front desk and explained that they only had three available exam rooms to use because they rent out the other offices to a Physical Therapy Group certain days of the week. I'm not sure how that is my problem because they obviously overbooked their schedule, and the patients are the ones to suffer! She still couldn't tell me how much longer I was going to have to wait. I am so disappointed at their business practices and lack of care for their patients, new or existing!! I cancelled my appt.

I love going to Bagwell clinical. Dr Bagwell and his staff are excellent! Excited Dr Bagwell is bringing other services to the clinic such as Cardiology, Ortho and Dermatology. Excellent care!!!!

Dr. Bagwell diagnosed my illness when other doctors did not. Referred me to a specialist. Was very compassionate and knowledgeable. Has a great caring staff and Dr. Robert Barnes is a great new addition to the clinic as well. Highly recommend Bagwell Medical Clinic!!

Sounds crazy but I have a blast with the staff and Doctor Bagwell each time I have an appointment. The staff is believably kind not to mention how thural Dr. Bagwell is with every concern of health that caused me to see him in the first place. Lastly....he has a GREAT sense of humor. Just make him laugh and you will see for yourself what I mean:-)
