Dr. Jessie Cockrell, MD

I never got to see Dr. Cockrell as I was only given the option to see his nurse practitioner first. It took weeks to get an appointment and it was obvious that she had not even bothered to look at any of my records they requested I fill out prior to my appointment nor did she look at the recent blood work that I brought. This clinic has treatments that are not covered by insurance and the sense that I got is that this clinic is all about money and not about your well being. If you schedule an appointment and they give you their NP, don't bother going as she is the worst health care practitioner I've ever had in my 70 years of living.

Dr. Cockrell has been our doctor for over 18 years. Communication is excellent. He's a great listener and makes sure you understand his treatment plan and the full nature of the condition. He has checked on us after hours during serious conditions. He always includes natural or herbal treatment suggestions. When referrals are necessary, he wants to send you to the best option and tells you why they are the best option. His office always follows up.

Dr. Cockrell cares about the patient at a person, he doesn't just look at the numbers. He is not quick to give you drugs. He takes time to listen to your concerns and talk with you through any issues.

Dr. Cockrell is the best family practitioner I’ve ever had. He is super smart, caring and is patient!!
