Had a great experience with Melissa Prutch. No issues post surgery. Just had stitches removed today. Everything is great. She has great bedside manners as well.

STAY AWAY -Please read my case below. I had my 2 big toe nail removals done with her and she said this was standard procedure with a week's recovery time and minimal discomfort. It has been over 5 weeks and both my toes are still actively bleeding and I am going into re-surgery with another Podiatrist. I called the office on multiple days right after surgery as I was in intense pain and was requesting help and wanting to come in so she can look at it, I was told to take maximum dose of OTC pain management and come back in 2 weeks. She also spilled acid all over my toes and I have burns now.She subsequently called me after 5 weeks when I logged a formal complaint in various forums and acknowledged that this was a procedure gone wrong or corner case as she called it. She promptly offered to share her direct line because I was filing complaints but never once spoke to me in the 5 weeks post surgery to call and check or come to the phone when I called.Do not risk your health with her.
