The staff was very customer service focused. {staff name removed}, Dr. Mao's nurse, guided me through all the required pre-operative testing making the process very easy. The overall customer service in the unit was exceptional.

Very good experience with the doctor and medical staff. Every thing was explained well enabling me to take the next steps (medically) thank you for having such a great doctor. The guy out front, {staff name removed}, checking people in however was flippant, condescending and not helpful to the cancer patients including myself. Call me if you wish to further discuss. {patient phone removed} Thank you.

I had an mri that indicated a mass found above collar bone left side yet dr could not feel anything. Maybe having ultra sound machine on site would help move the process faster.
