She has done a wonderful job throughout my pregnancy so far. Has been thorough at monitoring my possibility of pre term labor, and I trust when it comes to delivery soon she will exceed expectations of mine by recommending the best option if my baby remains breeched.

Brilliant, kind and respectful. She is a strong advocate for her patients. Such a qualified doctor that would be successful anywhere. Binghamton is so lucky to have her. She treated both of my high risk pregnancies with such compassion and strategic care. I’m so lucky to have her as an OB

Dr Rupp did a great job with helping to bring our beautiful little girl into the world! I recently had an abnormal pap smear, and had to have an exploratory procedure done. She and her nurses were great! Very caring and knowledgable! Dr Rupp was a few hours late for this procedure due to being in surgery, but as a healthcare professional, I know that things come up. When she came for the procedure, she was apoligetic, kind and thanked me for waiting.

Dr. Rupp did a beautiful job on my emergency c-section in 2013. My scar healed so well it's nearly invisible and I have had zero long-term pain or discomfort like so many other women I know who have had c-sections.

Extremely rude.... talks to ya like your stupid. Shows absolutely no emotion... acts like you are wasting her time and she is irritated you are taking up her time ...
