Nobody returns your calls - in dire pain and firs
First appointment takes 4 weeks - they have no concern about how much pain you are in. The receptionist does not greet you when you arrive

Very condescending and nasty. They aren't helpful at all, they will not help with your pain. I've left 8 messages for the doctor and the nurse practitioner. Not one return call. Weeks without medication and they don't have the decency to call me back !!!!

Having 6-7 office visits over a two month period of time, I can honestly say that this practice has no real interest in actually relieving your aches and pain. They have established a system of extracting (maybe even the term "milking" is accurate here) the maximum amount of money from unsuspecting patients who are desperate to obtain real pain relief, without actually providing any. Patients go here looking for pain relief but end up wasting their time and money.

This practice kept me waiting 3 hours while they were trying to get a referral from my primary care doctor. They sent the wrong treatment codes to my doctor 3 times. When I eventually saw Dr. Melanie Rosenblatt for Botox injections for migraine, she did not have enough needles or syringes to do the procedure. She told her assistant that she would just reuse them, “since the needles haven’t been used on anyone else.” She proceeded to reuse the needles and blew 2 syringes if Botox into my hair.

She's helped me mostly drug free despite many injuries, in decent shape to do most things. Yes-constant pain is rotten & something too many people like me are forced to cope with. Caveat-you will wait. She has many patients-which is a good recommendation. She takes time and, tho she doesn't always give you the answer you'd like, it's thoughtful, professional and will get you there in time. Bring something to do & be a patient patient.

Practicing for 25 years and she still hasnt perfected the art of NOT judging a patient. My GF has a rather long history of chronic illnesses,(major spinal surgery)now some kind of internal cancer. I took her to North Brwd hosp unable to keep down a half glass of water, doc admitted her,"making her comfortable". The next day when Rosenblatt took over, took her off the meds given and gave her naproxen which made her sick.she made security, check her bag and confiscated her vape.she carries vendettas

My husband had an appointment this morning. He is 10 days out of bypass surgery. When we walked into a small, crowded waiting room with the TV blaring on C Span I knew we made a mistake. The receptionist was unfriendly and curt. I told her our situation and told her he could not wait due to his condition. She handed me a ridiculous amount of paperwork to fill out. We left after 40 min when I went to see how much longer it would be. I was told the dr wasn't even in. This office is sad.

Very rushed appointment. Dr Melanie Rosenblatt took a phone call during appointment and never came back. Nurse apologized said she is in a meeting. Had a few questions about medication and procedures. Also staff misinformed about doing epidural under anistesia. They don't do that. Nurses were very nice. Dr is rude. Bad manners. Shame on her.
