Deceptive, arrogant, disrespectful.
-Misrepresented the care I could expect for costly procedures. In 2021, she recommended PRP for hair loss, beginning with 3 sessions over 3 mths ($1800). Photos of my scalp taken with a special lens would allow her to compare hairs per cm pre-PRP and at mth 4. Day one: the assistant said the lens wasn't available, 'So do you mind if I take photos with my iPhone?' I declined. They eventually located a lens. After they took the mth 4 photos, I saw none of the files were labeled. Melanie spent half the appt trying to match pics. No 'counting' occurred.-She IDed two using (x) name for a spot. I said it looked like a beetle and joked, 'Some say beetle, some say (x).' She replied, 'And some have 4yrs of med school and 5yrs of residency.' Her scribe and I stared at each other. I said, 'You know that was a joke, right?' She said, 'Yes,' kept talking, then congratulated herself on the size of a scar she'd left on my face from a biopsy.-She let her hair fall in my face every single visit.

Dr. Clemens M. is very kind, knowledgeable very well explained my concerns, I highly recommend her as your future Dermatologist MD, I had two removed Melanoma Cancer by her and all went well as it should. The office is clean Nurses are great, front desk people are kind so I had no problems. Marinell I. Bellevue WA
