Really felt well attended to for this procedure. The prep team were great! Tge doctor explained how and what she would do - she did it allowing me to also see the screen as she weaves the camera through my bladder and Bingo", the stent was out before I knew it! I was amazed at her skill and the lack of pain I had anticipated having! Didn't hurt a bit!

The doctor lacked beside manner. She didn't seem very interested in my symptoms nor was she very helpful w/potential solutions I had to tell her what the neurologist suggested for the urology problem (not his of expertise) for her to open on solutions or options for care.
