Let down
15 minutes before my appointment at 7:30 in the morning I get a call that my appointment is canceled. No reason. Can’t get me in for months afterwards. To do this to a patient is disgusting and I will not be trusting her ever again.

Outstanding doctor personally and professionally
Dr. Anugu is a skilled physician, but her "people skills" are equally outstanding. She is an excellent listener, compassionate, empathetic, organized and focused. Dr. Anugu does what she says she is going to do. All of the above occurs while she treats both the patient and the medical "problem" simultaneously . Her memory from prior appointments is reassuring. I also want to add that she takes the time you need. She makes you feel like you are the only patient she has that day. One does not abuse this rare "gift", but it is such a comfort to know it is there/ available should one need it.

I just had my 1st visit with Dr. Anugu and was extremely pleased with her demeanor, professionalism, knowledge, timeliness. I recommend her!
