Went to Dr Miller with a severe respiratory infection. Was given a light antibiotic; went back after 2 weeks due to still being very ill. Was told I would be fine in a couple of days, but I ended up in the ER. ER doc was stunned at the “treatment” given by Dr Miller & said the meds she prescribed would never have helped my condition. When I advised Dr Miller that I ended up in the ER, she blew it off and said it happens.

She was not a good fit for me. Seemed cynical. Talked to me like I was a child. A bit too cool for me. Didn’t listen to my concerns. No compassion. I will not be returning to her. A friend warned me about her and now I have saw first hand

Dr. Miller is cold and impersonal although she is knowledgeable. Everyone I spoke to said not to go but I did. Worst of all is her manager who lied, said she did something, and when I said what do you do she said she was sending me a letter firing me lol as a patient. They are awful. Lol I never got her certified letter soooo Im still her responsibility.

My experience with Dr Miller over the past 7 years have been mostly negative. I feel I'm wasting my time or she's wasting mine for me to even schedule an appointment. If there were doctors in our area taking new patients I would most definitely go elsewhere.

This doctor is only a pass through to specialists. She doesn't do any diagnosis and instead yells at patients for not going to the ER and then just sends them off to a specialist. She advises testing and makes suggestions for treatment that make absolutely no sense and are contradictory to what the specialists advise. If you disagree with her or voice concern for her decision, she takes it out on you by refusing to refill life sustaining prescriptions and refuses to see you.

Very bright doctor. Too many things fall through the cracks too often though. Time for me and my mother to move on.
