Met with Dr Campbell today for the first time after my previous doctor for 40 years had retired .Was very confident and comfortable with our discussion and forward plan to improve various health issues...looking forward to future success and our next appointment to see what we can accomplish. Dr. Campbell is the best PCP I've seen. He listens to questions, addresses concerns, and partners with you on your health journey. While he is extremely knowledgeable about common issues you'd discuss with your PCP, he is not authoritarian in his recommendations. He lays out options and discusses pros/cons of each. According to Healthgrades' claims data he is one of the highest rated PCPs in the area for quality of outcomes. When I first called I was told he wasn't accepting new patients but requested him any way. After a few hours, I was on his schedule a few weeks out. For follow up appointments, the wait time seems to be faster and I was able to get an appointment within days. Note that I've had some trouble communicating with the billing department and my insurance company. They couldn't agree on what my out of pocket should be and I got stuck in the middle on long phone calls. 5 stars for Dr. Campbell; 2.5 stars for billing department at MSA.

I have been seeing Dr Campbell since he joined MSA. I have 100% trust in him. He explains, he listens, I never feel rushed. I feel as if he genuinely cares about me.

The most decent, patient, caring, and knowledgeable individual I've ever had as a primary physician. I'm the type of person who asks questions, lots of questions, about every procedure, the results of every test, all prescriptions suggested, etc. Dr. Campbell is incredibly knowledgeable and will not hesitate to explain everything to me in minute detail if I request. He is the most personal and caring physician I've ever had. He's been my physician for nearly 20 years and as long as he's available to me, I'll continue using this man as my Doctor.
