Megan Carmel was the worst doctor I’ve ever had. She didn’t believe me when I thought something was impairing my fertility and asked me why I cared about having a child “since I was young” right after reading my history and seeing that I had experienced a miscarriage. She did nothing to check my fertility or help me prepare to conceive. Over two years later I still have not conceived and am now in fertility treatment. I may have been able to get treatment sooner if she had listened to me and cared about my situation. It isn’t a doctor’s job to judge, and that’s all she did to me. I cannot say enough about how this experience broke my trust with doctors and how poorly I think of this doctor in particular. If you are a young person, she won’t take you seriously, so be on your guard. Better yet, go to ANY other OBGYN.

In my eyes, she has gone above and beyond for me. Spends time with me and answers all my questions. Order further testing when necessary. Makes me feel very comfortable.

I have been a patient of Dr. Carmel's since 2011. She makes me feel comfortable and I trust in her expertise. Through her knowledge and assistance, we were able to produce two perfect little ones to make my husband and I a mommy and daddy! Also, she is my expert for BRAC2 gene and performed an oophorectomy this past February.
