Visit was fine but when I tried to call office several different times, would not let me leave message. Greeting on phone just kept looping around. Not going to any of the #.

Dr. Venugopal is a wonderful physician! I speak from experience as a shadowing nurse practitioner student, as well as a patient. She genuinely cares for her patients and their wellbeing. She takes her time with each patient, carefully listening to their needs, wants, and concerns. Dr. Meena's knowledge is vast, ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics, aesthetics to diet/behavioral modification, and everything in between. I highly recommended her!

Dr. Meena is an amazing physician who sincerely cares about her patients. She has many years of experience, is very kind and approachable, always really listens and understands. She is a very professional, skillful, experienced doctor with a warm and welcoming staff. With Dr. Meena you and your health will always be in safe hands! The level of detail, attentiveness and wisdom she gives to her patients is very rare to find. On the plus side, walk -ins are always welcome in case of urgent situations. All of these reasons are why , my family and I have been going to Dr.Meena for years now and are lucky to have a family doctor like her to rely on.

This was my first bad experience with a medical office. I was charged 330.00 for a simple office visit and when I asked the billing manager I got zero help. I will be switching Doctors. I am disappointed because I liked her but that is ridiculous then to get the run around.

My family has been seeing Dr. Meena for about 9 years now. She is very through and spends quality time at every visit. She listens to you and is kind and compassionate. I highly recommend Dr. Meena to anyone looking for a PCP.

All I can say is..... STAY AWAY! Iam a 51yr. old women and have lived in 5 different states and have had several different Doctors. Dr. Venugopal is the worst Dr. in Arizona! STAY AWAY!

We love Dr. Meena and the friendly staff at Excel Primary Care. Dr. Meena is patient and knowledgeable. We have always had a positive experience at every visit.

I have been visiting Doctor Meena Venugopal for a while now., its been a rough ride since the day one. The medical assistant / front desk person is pathetic., with their inconsiderate and irresponsible attitude, they just do not care for their patients. They can not get to order a simple blood work to the lab and/or follow up with it, All they can do is talk the whole day blaming others and their own physicians, feeling very stressed out,Because of them i ended up paying 100$ for heir mistakes

I LOVE Dr. Meena. She takes her time me every time/visit. She may run late but only because she make sure every patient has what they need. I have never had any problems w/Dr. Meena. Her office is a bit far out from where I live but I don't care, she is too good not to take the extra time & distance. Thank you Dr. Meena & Shantell, you are the best.
