No problems.

waited 6 months, cancelled twice and wanted my daughter to come back in 2 more months. That would be 8 months my daughter would be in pain. Ridiculous. Office staff is really bad.

First, very punctual. Dr. Merrill gave me all the time I wanted and was very encouraging.

Very polite , professional in every way. Was my first time and was GREAT!

Dr Merrell had me report directly to his office upon learning of the pain I was experiencing. His staff treated me with care and respect. He quickly reviewed my meds, my symptoms and my pain level. He stopped me from taking certain meds which were redundant or not helpful and ordered new meds from my pharmacy that I picked up on the way home.

Dr Merrill was very gracious and explained everything to me very clearly. I appreciated the promptness of my appointment also

Four years plus of seeing Dr. Merrell has been a journey from diagnosis, watchful waiting, deciding to treat and completing treatment. At each step his guidance confirmed my own research and each decision was a doctor-patient decision. His staff is good and over-busy at times. The practice he is moving to in Palm Coast will be more manageable. I hate to see him leave Daytona and at the same time I know his patients in Palm Coast will receive the best there is to offer from this thoughtful, intelligent and personable professional.

Dr. Merrell explained my options to me so I could understand them and I am comfortable I will make the decision that is best for me.

Dr Merrell is friendly and willing to listen. He does not rush you out. I would recommend him to anyone

No tips needed. He used humor in his diagnosis and that makes a huge diffence. Best ever!

I have determined after using 4 different Urologists in Volusia county regarding BPH and Kidney stone issues that Dr. Merrell is the best you can find. He is extremely patient with my long winded explanation of my concerns and needs. Took time to explain everything in minute detail and other options. His staff members do the same. I have been suffering with stones for 40 years, BPH for 20years and Doctor Merrell is first Physician that did not rush me or push me one way or the other in course of treatment rather explaining more than a few options. Getting hold of the office is difficult but am finding that problem most everywhere these days and believe that this doctor can improve my condition considerably.

Being almost 62 I’ve had my share of doctor office visits and I can honestly say this was by far the worst experience of my life. Missing test results, scheduling errors to the point I ran from the office after the last debacle and would not recommend this place to my worst enemy, even though Dr. Merrell comes highly recommended. Very disappointed!

The doctor was nice and helpful sometimes but not enough. He didn't always listen or believe me or do what other doctors normally do like an exam. Too many of the office staff were unprofessional, incompetent, and unfriendly. I had to call and go in multiple times for the same issues and they don't return calls or online messages usually. I was xferred so many times (& to the wrong dept) without even telling me they were xferring me then to people that weren't even there. Hard to get my script filled or test results. Only financial person who was nice and helpful but when she wasn't there there was noone I could talk to which delayed my help. Urodynamics was so uncomfortable on a slanted down table holding your legs up by muscle alone and then the lube leaked and they had to start over. The equipment isn't as modern as their name sounds or nice office appears. Only one locked restroom for men and women in the lobby which is odd for how big it is and for people with bladder issues.

He sucks!!!!! Piss poor bed side manner, not thorough and does not present himself as caring. He told me to come in for a CT if I ever have a kidney stone issue again and when I had my 415 afternoon appointment, he told me at 510 pm he could not do it at their clinic due to them closing. I have been in pain for 2 days and have waited until today to get in to see him. This is my 2nd time in his office and I am extremely disappointed at his lack of care and willingness to take care of his patients!!! He SUCKS!!!!!
