After having numerous bouts with excruciating kidney over a number of years, I was introduced to Dr. “Jason” in the emergency room. Of the many urologist I had experienced (without relief)
Dr. Gerboc, was hands down the best. He was very direct, but at the same time understanding and compassionate.
I have not (knock on wood) had any re-occurrences, in almost 2 years. I can highly recommend Dr. Jason Gerboc.

Dr Gerboc gets it. He probably extended my life by finding my bladder cancer after two Urologists in The Villages found nothing. He and his practice got me into cancer care immediately and as of right now I am in remission. Even during the Pandemic this doctor was able to provide needed surgery while hospital was on lockdown.

We are snowbirds and my husband needed to see a Urologist ASAP due to a very painful kidney stone. Dr. Gerboc was recommended and saw him very soon after we called. My husband has severe speech and comprehension issues due to illness and the Doctor took the time to explain everything so that my husband (and I) understood what needed to be done to take care of his issue. Nice office staff also.

Though the Dr was a professional is office is horrible. They changed billing departments and have messed up on quite a bit of invoicing. I was sent to collections for an invoice that I did not ever receive. I had appointments after this alleged date and no statements received since show this amount being billed. I called to talk to the office manager who could only tell me it was in the hands of collections and she was not able to produce an invoice due either.

Dr.Gerboc treated me with total respect. He took the time to explain evrything he could about my condition. He was very to the point and to me was never second guessing. He called me after my surgery to check up on me. He explained my treatments and my condition to my wife and children. I never once found him to be rude and he never cut me off. If anything I cut him off with questions which he lsyened and answered as best he could. He is an excellent urologist in my opion. I am glad we met.

Dr. Gerboc did not mention a noninvasive treatment method. I had to ask about the possibility.
My condition was revealed by a routine urinalysis, but Dr. Gerboc did not order a post operative urinalysis to determine if the condition was no longer present. My Primary Care Physician had to recommend a follow-up test. Dr. Gerboc said he would have specific dietary recommendations after my treatment, but gave none. I requested the information on a following visit, but did not receive anything.

This Dr was extremely rude. I felt like I was being interrogated and dismissed. My questions were not answered and he cut me off when I spoke. I was basically treated like an imbecile since I do not have a medical degree. He was more concerned if I took pain pills that what my problem was. Only 1 courteous staff member, the others that I encountered were rude and impatient. I would never go back and would never recommend this doctor Treated horribly after a 1.5 hour wait to see him.
