It was my and my wife's first time meeting with Dr. Kates. He was quite easy going while maintaining professionalism. He took time with each of us to explain the results of our auditory testing and entertained any and all questions that we had. We both felt very comfortable with Dr. Kates.

I've been going to him for 7 yrs. He treats you like the old style family house call Doctors from back in the day. Looks at you right in the eyes when talking to you. He was my Dad's Doctor before me. He treats his senior patients with the utmost respect. The BEST OF THE BEST!!
