Horrible Staff
I liked Dr. Khaja but his staff is HORRIBLE. First of all it took forever to get initial appointment. Then when I needed a follow up for a test I had to get done that took 3 weeks. When I had the test done the doctor did not do it I believe it was a Nurse Practitioner she was using my test as a training for another staff person I don't know if she was a nurse she usually works the front desk. I was put off on test because they did not have the equipment in the office. Then I was billed a big bill for the cost of test they billed way over the allowed amount of my insurance. I was not able to pay the amount I asked for payment arrangements and I can do that but until my over $400 balance is paid in full I can not be seen. I have never ever heard of that before. I have had balances before with doctors and as long as I was paying on it. I would be seen. The office manager was rude and acting like a debt collector. I was fine with Dr. Khaja but his office staff is HORRIBLE.

We concur
My husband needed a procedure done and the office team failed to provide him with the proper prep instructions. We had to reschedule the procedure. The only time the staff contacted us was to demand payment. Judging based off the previous reviews, it seems to me like Dr. Khaja is a great physician, but lacks in leadership skills because he can't get his team in order!!

I've had a very positive experience with Dr. Khaja and his entire staff. Dr. Khaja is extremely personable and kind, with a wonderful bedside manner. He's also very smart, intuitive and thorough. DON'T GO HERE!!!! OFFICE IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL OF YOUR TIME. I ARRIVED AT MY APPOINTMENT 15 MINUTES EARLY, AT 4pm. AT THAT TIME THERE WERE PEOPLE STILL WAITING FOR THEIR 2:30pm APPOINTMENTS. PATIENTS WERE HAVING TO PHONE TO GET CHILDREN PICKED UP. THERE WAS ONE PERSON WITH DIABETES THAT WAS NEEDING FOOD AND THERE WERE NO SNACK MACHINES (THAT PERSON HAD NOT EXPECTED TO HAVE TO WAIT 2 + HOURS FOR AN APPOINTMENT.) I WALKED OUT AT 5:40PM AND THERE WERE STILL 2 PEOPLE IN FRONT OF ME.

Just don't. ... Horrible follow up, mass confusion in his office, etc. - a complete total catastrophe. I think they make it up as they go.

Dr. Khaja took great care of my father after we had seen several different physicians. His office staff also was very kind and supportive in our time of need. If you want a good Dr. and great care, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

It is almost impossible to get a hold of anyone over at his office. The answering machine seldomly works and when you can leave a message no one returns your call anyway. I have left 5 messages with 3 different people and not one has returned my call. One was the business manager. If you have any issues or questions forget it. They are basically warehouse for colonoscopies. Dr. Khaja is nice but way too busy. His staff is way too busy and 1 to 2 hour wait is the norm. Way too rushed.

Assembly line. I have no idea what the Dr looks like. Head nurse, Julie, she was very calming and wonderful. We were rowed between curtains like a bunch of animals. Front desk is rude. Difficult at least. I was called as a reminder for my next appointment and I asked one question about hemroids. Another curt person can on and said we don't do that at the same time and practically hung up on me. I called back later after realizing I hadn't got the annual appointment. Sat on hold for 10 min
