Unsuccessful treatment
I saw Dr. Poreddy and was treated for SIBO, unfortunately this was a pretty bad experience. Not only did the 2 week treatment cost over $3,000, but it also did not help the issue. Dr. Poreddy showed terrible bedside manner and did not care about the treatment not working. Do not recommend seeing him.

Good listening skills caring
I was seen by Dr. Reddy in 2016. He did my endoscopy and gave me some good advice and feedback. I took my wife for consultation for a colonoscopy. He was very straightforward listen carefully explained everything took time. I would recommend Dr. Reddy at any time for all G.I. consultation

Excellent skills, caring physician
I have undergone a colonoscopy from Dr. Poreddy and will soon have my second one. He is an excellent physician with great patient skills. His staff at Gastroenterology Austin is focused on patient care and very supportive. I would recommend him without any reservations.

Fast appointment
I got an appt the following day via Telehealth. As I live in another city it was the only way I could see the doctor. He took his time, reviewed all of my previous labs and scans, asked questions, made recommendations. It was really a through visit even if not in person. In my other city I could not get and appt for 4 months

First Rate
Dr, Poreddy is an outstanding gastrointestinal physician. He highly skilled and personable. I have bee his patient for over ten years and he has resolved all my gastric issues. He always explains the processes themselves and the outcome of the procedures. He takes his time and never rushes the office visit. I highly recommend him without reservation.

Biz dev
Felt like a biz dev appointment. I was in/ out with no questions answered and many not even addressed then a bazillion tests none of which I had any reason of why were justified. He shuffled me out and I had to ask to come back in to ask questions and explain other challenges I had that were a direct history of why I was seeing him. GAF level was negative 5. SMH. Very disappointing experience.

Found the root cause of my digestive issues
I have been having digestive issues since more than 10-12 years and have visited a number of gastroenterologists in three different countries, and none of them was able to figure out the root cause. Dr poreddy was the one who was able to diagnose the problem and has started treating it. Feeling much better after starting the treatment.

Televisit
I enjoyed having the flexibility to meet with Dr. Poreddy virtually - especially for a routine consultation for a procedure. The staff sent the meeting link - I logged on - the doctor logged on - reviewed my previous findings with me (at my request) - and now I'm waiting for a call to schedule my procedure. One concern was I updated all my meds into the patient portal only to have to review them all again the next morning. But the staff and Dr. Poreddy are very courteous, patient and caring about their patients; and I appreciate that.

Great Service
I was impressed with easily getting my initial appointment virtually. Fast and easy and Dr Poreddy was engaged and interested in my health care plan. I wish I would have received my scheduling call as he said same day for my next step. However I’m an adult and easily used the portal to request a scheduling call.
