Since Dr Wood Molo transitioned to IHR, the quality of care significantly decreased. I had a horrible experience last year that caused me tremendous amount of stress, money, and time commitment. After 6 months of feeling gaslit, unsupported, and pressured to do IVF, I switched fertility doctors and it has been a game changing experience. Proceed with extreme caution especially if your case requires an individualized plan compared to the one size fits all solution of IVF. They make you go in for labs every other day (very difficult for working professionals and extremely costly) and the lack of empathy and compassion during challenging times like miscarriages makes this practice one I would never recommend to anyone. They run this clinic like a factory and I felt taken advantage of many times.

Dr. Wood Molo is very nice and a good communicator. Her office, however, is very poorly organized and the nurses sometimes forgot about sending orders for medications or tests that were time-critical. They needed constant prompting and often gave conflicting information.

Her office staff is terrible. Had an online appointment, it was cancelled without even telling me. Staff said they did not get my paperwork-which they did.

We have two children as a direct result of Dr. Wood Mollo. We had first child at 38 and second at 41. She promptly and effectively diagnosed infertility miscarriage issues and came up with plan of attack (following two miscarriages and another doctor wanting to proceed directly to expensive IVF). She changed our lives. She is fantastic!!!

Dr Wood Molo worked carefully with my late husband and me In 2003-2004 to help us with a pregnancy while he was in the middle of cancer treatment. She did not judge and found a solution inside our comfort zone. My husband only lived a few more years, but the baby girl Dr Wood Molo helped create will soon be 16 years old and I can’t imagine life without her. I am forever grateful.

From the moment we met Dr. Wood Molo we knew we might the right decision of switching to this doctor. She was perisonalble and had a great sense of humor for such a hard thing to go through. The nurses were amazing always on time with our appointments and quick to respond when I had questions for them. The day of retrieval and transfer the nurses in that area were extremely nice and calming. I would 10/10 recommend going here!

Dr. Wood Molo is wonderful. I loved how she described each of the options and steps in the process because it not only made it easy to understand but it lightened the mood. She has a way to make you feel at ease and know that you can trust the process. You walk away feeling confident in your decision on moving forward. She also does not push you to do something you are not emotionally ready to do. I was not ready for IVF and she honored that until I was ready.

Dr. Molo is able to explain these complicated situations and processes in understandable and relatable way. She was able to calm our anxieties and support us through IVF. With Dr. Molo's expertise and some good luck, we were successful on our first round. We feel so lucky to have been referred to Dr. Molo's office.

The whole team from the assistants, lab techS, ultrasound techs, nurses and the Dr. was so caring and informative. They all remained professional, and took their time with listening to my concerns. It was a very vulnerable time, and I was pleased with how they cared for me and even got emotional on my last visit. I really loved the clinic and staff. I highly recommend others to seek their care with them.

Dr. Wood-Molo and the CRC team are amazing. Very professional and personable. I underwent many test and procedures to rule out and diagnosis my infertility issue. Once i became pregnant i was closely monitored by her faithful staff. I recieved calls for results very promptly. I highly recommend her and this team.

Be prepared to never see or hear from a doctor, have no idea what tests are ever being performed, have no explanation of what abnormal results mean, spend hours looking up tests yourself, deal with rude staff, and pay ridiculous bills. Be prepared for ridiculous billing practices. A simple ultrasound visit requires copays for a specialty provider visit, despite never seeing a provider. This felt like borderline fraud; having ultrasounds and lab work done anywhere else does not require a provider copay. The final straw was a prenatal genetic screen, which the office told me would cost one fee, however I was later charged double (which was several HUNDRED dollars more). When I asked CRC why this test was so expensive, I was told “oh, I guess they changed their rates, sorry, that's not really our problem”. I actually asked Dr Wood Molo’s office for a CPT billing code in advance to check the price for this test, and was told “oh, we don’t do that, it takes too long”. Go to Northwestern.

You only meet with her a limited number of times and then see her at the procedures. The support staff that you interact with most often is great. We went through IVF and became pregnant our first time through. We are now going through a frozen transfer. When you call with a question you'll leave a message, but they always call back fairly quickly.

Dr. herself is patient and through, but I can see she is kinda of trying to sell some of the procedures which might not be necessary. Her nurse is cold and impatient. One girl at front desk is not friendly.

Dr Wood Molo has been so warm and wonderful at telling us things in plain language. She always spends as much time with us as we need (was especially important after our first miscarriage). Her staff is awesome and try to get you in and out quickly. My husband and I stayed with her even after she wasn't in network with our insurance...thats how much we love her.

Terrible experience with scheduling an appointment. How you can be given a date and time to come by the receptionist & then on the date of scheduled appt be told that you werent added on the system after you have made arrangements at work and its already difficult to get time away from work to make the appt is beyond me!! Not to mentionu still have to pay $8 for a huge waste of time to sit 30 mins in a wait5room before veing told you are not on the schedule....who does that???

Currently a patient of Dr. Wood-Molo. As a practicing Catholic, I do not believe in IVF and Dr. Wood Molo provides GIFT. She is a great listener, gives effective solutions and her nurse Renee Bayliss provides thorough explanation of results and treatment methodologies.
