Major Time Management Skills.
I had a 7:30am scheduled appointment, at 8:05 am I walked out of the exam room and office because the doctor never showed up!

I was told I could have a biopsy of a recurrent hand and arm rash that always shows up in the same spot, but now has been expanding. Because of many accompanying symptoms, an accurate diagnosis is important to me. I thought she was great at first. She said I could update them when the rash comes back and we could biopsy. It did come back. I sent photos. Her tune then totally changed, I was refused a biopsy, and told to use hypoallergenic soap and lotion. I could tell from her messages she wasn’t even reading what I had written. Complete disregard and assumptions with no objectivity.

What little time she spent with me she ignored my concerns about my previous issues with her first suggested medication, lied to me about other possible explanations of my symptoms, gave zero explanation of the second medication she suggested even when I asked, all while patronizing me to an extent I didn't realize was possible. Far and away the worst doctor's visit I've ever had, and I've had some bad ones. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.

From the first visit, I liked Dr. Sheehan's explanations and cheerful approach. Never have felt rushed---answers all my questions---gives advice while examining. Does not try to keep me coming back unnecessarily. All in all, what I believe is a good doctor.
