Dr. Joffe is great! However, his staff is very bad in fill prescriptions. They gave me the wrong prescription and Brittany told me she would send our corrected prescription. That was December 29, 2024. Today, January w, 2025, someone called from his office and wants me to go back in for new prescription. I will never go back there again! His staff needs to get things right! It takes me at least 45minutes to get to his office. Going back for something that should have been done right in the first place is a great inconvenience! Shame on your staff!

Dr. Joffe is very wise. Dr. Joffe Amazing I learn about How to take care of your eyes. He is Friendly compassionate under standing. Dr. Joffe is the Very Best Doctor. He also knows how to fix my vision and prescribe my glasses.

A Great Experience
Dr. Joffe is the best! He’s very knowledgeable and good at answering all my questions. I was surprised at how much time he spent with me. I’d also like to acknowledge his great assistant, Sydney. She’s kind hearted, makes you feel at ease, and was very patient in answering all my questions as she took me through the various tests. They make a great team!

I found Dr. Joffe to be very unprofessional. He made crude jokes with my husband. He was checking his cell phone while with a patient. I was there for over two hours for a visit that should have taken about 30 minutes.
