Dr. Samuel Multack, DO

I can not enough about Dr Multack and his practice. So caring, knowledgeable and honest. I have been seeing Dr Plummer for several years and I have to say I love both Doctors!!

Initially, I was seen by a Multack Eye optometrist. Dr. Jankiewicz did a thorough eye exam and found a “freckle” in my eye which the optometrist I had seen 4 months earlier had never mentioned. I also had cataracts which were ready to be removed. I was shown a video on cataract removal, lens choices, and the possibility of laser assistance with surgery.At another appt. Dr. Multack measured me for IOL’s, answered multiple questions, and allayed my fears about cataract surgery. I felt much better about having the surgery after speaking to him.Both surgeries went well. They were done two weeks apart. Dr. Multack has what some would consider pretty rigorous post-op instructions and visits, but all is done to minimize potential problems. I’m happy to say my once 20/2100 vision is now 20/20 in both eyes. Thank you Dr. Multack

Dr. Sam Multack is an amazing ophthalmologist who I highly recommend. I had cataract surgery and opted for vision correcting, interocular lenses. It is wonderful to not need glasses for distance or for reading. Dr. Multack was incredibly thorough, exacting a really great guy. He explained everything in detail. I could tell from the start that this man is an outstanding surgeon. His staff was very professional and treated me like family. I drove from Downers Grove to Olympia Fields and it was well worth the drive to be treated by such a prominent ophthalmologist.

Dr Multack and his team are all amazing. The staff and doctors are all truly dedicated to their patients. Thank you for all of the wonderful care you've provided to my family and me!

My experience with cataract surgery was perfected my the knowledge, understanding, concern, and professionalism of Dr. Samuel Multack and his staff. He answered all my questions and concerns. Things went so well that I had the second cataract surgery on the other eye with confidence. The follow-up and attention to detail was out standing.

I have been treated by Dr. Multack numerous times over the past 9 years. He encourages me to ask questions, repeatedly provides explanations, making certain the info is still understood. I encouraged 2 other relative to choose him. I know several active and retired people who are completely satisfied with his services, as well as the entire office staff at both the Frankfort and Olympia Fields sites. His willingness to teach others helps the community-at-large.

I can,tget a date for the surgery that Dr Plummer said I needed have called the office 4 time and keep getting the run around and lied too . need this fixed ASP

Dr. Multack has shown himself to be professional, courteous and friendly. He takes the time to go over test results and you never feel that he's rushing to get to his next patient. The reception area is clean and very well designed. The staff is professional and friendly.
