Rude
He was very rude. Told us my husbands tumor did not shrink...1 hour before the surgeon said it had, when I questioned that he got ugly...then I looked on viewer to see he did not have correct scan up!!! We asked a question and 4 times he said, 'I don't know.. I don't know, I don't know... Completely unacceptable and in prof..We fired him!

If you have a loved one going through cancer, stay away from Dr. Sienko. He is rude, condescending, insensitive, does NOT listen to the patient or family members, lacks empathy and compassion, and his bedside manner is non-existent. During the time I was taking care of her, I (we) made more than three different requests to utilize the death with dignity act. Dr. Sienko refused to hear us & my mom died w/out the dignity she deserved. DO NOT see Dr Sienko if you want empathy and actual care

He was cold, rude, and didn’t seem to care at all. He spent just a few minutes with us and didn’t have a shred of concern for us. Cancer is a terrible diagnosis and his lack of empathy just made it worse. There are so many bad reviews similar to this one so I wonder who manages his behavior

Dr Sienko was assigned my mom's case for ITP recently when she was admitted to the emergency room. His bedside manner was very rude and short. Seemed like he was in a hurry to leave and discredited all questions I had concerning my mother. He did not want to take any responsibility on questions about her treatment. Using terms like "they", who is they? I would not recommend using this Dr in the future.

Dr. Sienko was my mother's Dr. When she was first diagnosed with a rare cancer. This Dr. Had a very poor bedside manner, he left us waiting at almost every visit and clearly had not reviewed her case until right before seeing her. He was rude, impatient with her questions, and discredited what she would say she was feeling. After changing Dr.s we found he misdiagnosed several things. I would not recommend him to any cancer patient. We wasted valuable time with him.
