Top notch doctor and surgeon
Dr. Richardson met with my wife multiple times throughout her chemo/immunotherapy treatment and was always very positive, very supportive, and eager to answer questions. Once she neared completion of her treatment, Dr. Richardson helped coordinate with her plastic surgeon as she planned the double mastectomy. Dr. Richardson did a masterful job on the surgery (according to every experienced professional my wife has seen since) and was caring and supportive throughout the process. She continues to follow my wife's progress and has committed to do so for the next few years. As a spouse, I cannot recommend her highly enough. She was simply outstanding in every phase of the process!

Average Doctor, really bad documentation
Always really short visits, doesn`t like to answer questions, after the procedure. The worst nurse I have ever seen

Me in Spokane – Feb 26, 2021

Dr Richardson has been wonderful and supportive. Originally referred to her for a dilated duct with debris and abnormal cells, she first felt the diagnosis a benign papilloma and no cancer. After the first surgery (which she did a wonderful job!), the pathology came back as cancer. Dr Richardson did a fantastic job explaining to me and my husband the diagnosis and recommendation for treatment. 2 more surgeries had to be done to completely remove all cancer cells, Dr Richardson did a great job!

I would never recommend this Doctor. I have a lump in my breast and went in for a follow up with Dr. Richardson. She said she couldn't "appreciate" a lump in my breast and my exam was "normal." I questioned her further, hoping she would feel for it again, because it is very easy for me to feel, and at my previous visit, she told me she thought I had a benign adenoma. She became frustrated with me and said "what do you want me to do, cut off your nipple?!?" I left in tears. Awful experience.
