He has been my GI dr since 2004. Always caring trustworthy and professional. He went above and beyond during my many hospital stays. All my procedures were handled with the utmost care. I have moved to FL and my first GI procedure was a nightmare. I will travel back to NC for my next one. Thank you Dr. D. You are dearly missed! Sherry H. Bunn

Terrible man and dr. I entrusted him to be my GI doctor spanning 4 decades since 1987. I am a stage 4 liver cancer and liver transplant survivor thx to the Mayo Clinic. I developed colitis 6 months after transplant. Returned to Dellasega for treatment in 2012. 2 yrs of unsuccessful treatment, I asked for his help/advice applying for disability. He said my colitis wasn't bad enough, recommended a psychiatrist. My entire colon removed last year at UNC. I still have no income since 2014. He's rich

Dr Dellasega has been my gastro since my initial diagnosis with PBC (Primary Biliary Cirhosis-a rare autoimmune disease which affects the liver). Upon diagnosis he called me (at night after hours) to discuss the diagnosis with me. We were on the phone for over 30 minutes! He has been right beside me during this entire journey thus far and I treasure his commitment to his profession. He truly cares about his patients!!
