Top Notch Physician – Mar 17, 2023
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Bradford?
Dr. Bradford is one of three lifetime favorite doctors, and I am almost 88 yrs. old! He is always encouraging, offering suggestions & solutions to my frequent questions, not only about diabetes management, but with other unrelated concerns. It was with sadness that I learned of his imminent retirement. In addition to my appreciation of Dr. Bradford's care, I have so enjoyed the office staff and being able to talk to a real person who knows me by name!

Only doctor I ever had that took his own blood samples and checked my vital signs. He explains information about my condition, easy to talk to, never seems in a hurry to rush out. Office staff friendly and contrary to other reviews, my calls are always answered. Easy to get my refills of prescriptions. A pleasure to have him as my doctor.

Seriously goes above and beyond any Dr I have had. He also speaks in a very understandable language and explains everything very clearly.

Mike in Chehalis, WA – Feb 23, 2019
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Bradford?
During my initial appointment Dr. Bradford took blood without warning while I was laying down on the exam table. The office is only open four days a week and is closed 12-1:30. Patients are not allowed to leave voicemails as they refuse to return them. Contacting the office is impossible. The billing department is incompetent and staff is short and rude. I've been receiving random $10 charges for who knows what. All around very unprofessional provider and office. I will not be returning.
