My primary care physician referred me to Dr. Cook’s office. She is covered under my insurance. Before I could schedule an appt her staff called me and said that they couldn’t schedule an appt for me and that they wouldn’t see me but couldn’t tell me why. I just moved to this area. I have no idea what the problem is.

Dr Cook took time to listen to me. I didn't feel rushed. Very friendly yet professional.

During my first visit the nurse came in, took routine vitals, and asked some questions. When she was finished she said the Dr. would be right in. A few minutes later, the nurse returned, with a cell phone, and said the Dr. would like to talk with me...on the phone - what?? She was literally right down the hallway. She did come into the room for a few minutes to tell me what tests she was ordering. Just felt very cold and impersonal to me and did not give me a lot of confidence to go forward with her suggested tests. The receptionist and nurse were both professional and friendly.

We’ve always had a good experience with Dr. Cook. She’s very sensitive to the needs of a child and being able to keep her comfortable and safe in both school and home settings. Dr. Cook is very experienced and friendly. Highly recommend. We’ve never had a problem with the front desk.

I had a bad experience with a staff member and briefly mentioned it to the doctor and within an hour or two of me leaving the doctor found the problem and fixed it and even apologized for my experience not to mention she’s super friendly with me and my child. Dr. Cook is also efficient, offer helpful solutions and answers, and she made me feel at ease with her caring for my child this doctor is beyond amazing

Never met this doctor, but will say she has the most rude front desk help I have ever been in contact with!!! That alone will make it for certain that I never recommend her office to anybody!

I had Dr Cook as my internist before she took on as an Allergy specialist. She is and was the most wonderful women doctor that I have ever had. She is caring, understanding, and actually listens to your problems either health or otherwise. I never went to her and felt like I had a wasted visit because she made every minute count. When you have Dr Cook on your side as your Allergist, you will feel better all the way around. I miss her, but the other doctors in her group are also the best.
