I feel so lucky to have Dr. Ralph as my doctor. She is very patient and kind. She takes my concerns seriously and I never feel rushed with her. She always listens to me, and makes appropriate referrals/orders necessary tests when needed. I never feel brushed off or dismissed. She knows her stuff. I’ve had many Kaiser physicians. She’s a keeper.

Dr. Ralph is a terrible provider. I have seen her for over 1 year. She does not listen or care about my condition, and she demonstrated no compassion. She did not run even basic labs for my hypertension or consider starting medication for it. I don’t think she is particularly competent at her job. She is rude. During our last visit, she ended the call while I was still speaking. I would strongly recommend staying away from this provider. She really needs to go back to school and learn how to treat people as human beings.
