Wonderful & caring!
Dr Mandeep Ayer is my PCP and I couldn’t be happier. There is a reason she has a busy practice. She is VERY thorough and I’ve never felt more cared for. Pleasant, always greets me with words of encouragement and asks about my husband (who has serious medical problems). There are PCPs closer to me but I will never go to anyone else. Love her staff too!

Horrible experience. Perla is insanely rude. The worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office. Perla hung up on me multiple times when I asked to talk to the Dr. She told me she did me a favor by giving me a appointment? Just blown away. I called to cancel an appt 1 week ago and left a voicemail with Perla. She never called me back. I had to cancel because I had a family member die of Covid and my dog needed emergency surgery and I haven't had the time to get my blood work done. Perla never canceled and I got a call today from someone working from home to confirm my appointment. I called the office and told them what happened. Perla refused to listen, steam rolled me, and hung up on me multiple times despite mw never swearing or raising my voice. Unprofessional to say the least. This appointment I had to cancel was made 1 month after my last appointment and today I was told for my medication I would have to come in once a month. That was not what the dr told me...

I’m my 90+ year old parents caregiver. My parent is very hard of hearing, and has a difficult time following conversation. The doctor is unwilling to allow me to accompany my parent. I need to understand what meds, side effects and any other issues. I am completely frustrated with this situation

My insurance made her my PCP. I have a neuro issue that needs to be checked. They said the soonest she could see me was 2 months away!! That's ridiculous! Even for a tele visit. Why in the world would she accept new patients if she doesn't have time to see them.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER HAVE I BEEN MORE UNHAPPY WITH A DR WHO HAS LET ME FLOUNDER IN HORRIFIC PAIN FOR 4 MONTHS! WHEN BLOOD WORK WAS FINALLY DONE RECENTLY SHE PRESCRIBED PREDNISONE AND I GOT RELIEF FROM PAIN. OFFICE STAFF IS INEFFICIENT, PHONE SERVICE WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AS I CALLED TRYING TO GET HELP WITH PAIN. I WAS TOTALLY IGNORED! THE WORSE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I'M ELDERLY AND HAVE BEEN TO MANY DR'S. I'M IN THE PROCESS OF FINDING ANOTHER SO THIS, O COURSE, HAS TO BE ANONYMOUS. .

I have been seeing Dr. Ayer for many years now and last year though I would try to change to a Dr. closer to home, but quickly realized how well I had it with her and the drive is definitely worth it. I am not back seeing Dr. Mandeep Ayer and I feel at ease knowing she cares about my health and doing the right thing for me. Her front office staff is pretty friendly as well
