Never go to this woman. When she found an infection, when I asked how it would be treated, her answer was a shrug. Very unprofessional.

Dismissed & Discouraged
I visited Dr. Wittkopf in Sept. of '22. I had a very difficult time getting her to listen and take me seriously. I was shrugged at and told "I don't know what to tell you" and "I don't know why you think you feel this way" several times. I expressed my concern to her that I was being blown off which caused her to back-peddle. Suddenly, I was told that she did see something in my nasal/throat scope, but it wasn't related to the systems being described. If I hadn't pushed was I not going to be told? When I asked what about the next steps for the symptoms I'm experiencing, she continued to downplay me and actively discouraged me from pursuing further testing/treatment. This is affecting my quality of life. I am not looking for easy answers, but I am looking to at least try and find out what's going on. My sinus pain & headaches were not discussed. I left feeling like she did not have my best interested at heart. I should not have to argue with my doctor to receive bare minimum care.

She is absolutely unprofessional!
Absolutely unprofessional! She scared me so much. My son was complaining about clogged ear with no other symptoms. After she prescribed some medications we went back for following. She said he had enlarged adenoid and it's even tumor and he needs a surgery. And we also need to make a biopsy to se if it's something bad.I don't have any words to explain how I felt.I gave her $1000 for two visits, which is fine I'm so happy he is ok right now.We found some professional doctor. She said its not something that we have to worry about .After some days he felt much better. He did not get the surgery! So I don't recommend this unprofessional "doctor "!

Staff, Doctor and Practice are NOT RESPONSIBLE at all. Had to take my 2 year old for a visit after his hearing test. They made us wait for more than an hour (during the covid crisis time). Before the visit they said they dont have the referral. I was following up with them for the referral for 2 days. My pediatricians office has faxed it multiple times to multiple fax numbers(they give a different number everytime). Doctor sees him without any comment on hist tubes/hearing and walks away stating that she needs to see the audiology result(which was faxed multiple times). After I scrable around to get the result (doctor is gone for rounds). So what is the point in making a 2 year old wait. If you have a child I would not recommend this office or the doctor.

We visited Dr. Wittkopf for our baby's tongue-tie. Dr. Wittkopf was just amazing. She was patient and willing to answer all of our questions. I am sure she must be dealing with such parents all the time but she wasn't condescending one bit. The doctor sure knows what she is doing. The staff was very helpful. Just a few points though - the initial signing up process for new patients is enormously lengthy. And getting an appointment was really tough.

Doctors sometimes forget that the caregiver of a patient needs the support just as much as the patient, but Dr. Wittkopf is not one them. She patiently listened to every one of my concerns. Yes, I'm a parent who volunteers too much information and asks too many questions, but Dr. Wittkopf not only didn't seem to be bothered, she answered every question like it was the first time she had ever heard it.

We were recommended to Dr. Wittkopf's office for our son's sleep apnea issues. As a mom, my mom gut told me his tonsils were causing him to have interrupted, poor sleep night after night. Upon first meeting Dr. Wittkopf, she took my mom gut concerns as much as she did the results of the sleep study. I really appreciated this. Her bedside manner with us, our son was superb. She made a connection with our son and I appreciated her taking a personal interest in him as a four year old.
