She was very professional and listened well to my history. The expertise and her diagnosis led me to believe that this a Doctor I can trust with any and all bronchial concerns. She took time to review the records and test results thoroughly If I come down with any bronchial conditions I will feel very blessed She is my Dr.

I was dealing with what appeared to be infiltrate in my left lung after having pneumonia. Dr. Hovda showed concern and sent me for the needed tests. She was thorough. I liked her.

I have been dealing with a nagging dry cough since I had COVID over Christmas 2022 and bronchitis. I have asthma, also, and was worried that the constant coughing was causing scarring in my lungs. The cough is usually non-productive, but it's very annoying. I saw Dr. Hovda, and she listened to my chest with a stethoscope and noted that my lungs sounded clear. Still, I was most likely dealing with a post-viral cough that can last months after the virus clears because debris settles in the lungs, and the body is trying to expel everything. She prescribed inhaled steroids and a rescue inhaler to be taken twice daily. I will also get a chest x-ray and pulmonary function tests (PFTs) to check the health of my lungs. I highly recommend her because she is thorough. I didn't know until after I went, but my aunt, who has COPD, also sees and likes her.

Dr. Hovda is expert, certified and well experienced to do what she does.
