I went to the ER on a Sunday bleeding profusely from my urethra. Although she and her staff were unable to treat me, Dr. Hall really went to bat for me on the telephone. She was able to find a urologist at another hospital who could see me immediately. I had emergency surgery and spent the night in hospital. Without Dr. Hall’s efforts I hate to think of what might have happened.

In shock, I asked her if she was really going to dismiss the cuts, she looked directly at me and said very clearly "yes I am". Again, in complete shock, I explained that I made those cuts with a pair of sharp scissors. She continued to look at me very dismissively, at which point I demanded to see a crisis counselor, which someone else sent for me, and she did not come back to check on me at all during the more than 3 4 hours I waited to see the crisis counselor. Not recommended for anyone.

She asked to see my cuts (which were located on my arm), and she was extremely dismissive. She looked at my cuts (there were several of them) and first asked where were the cuts at, acting as though she did not see them (they were, and still are, very visible), and actually claimed not to see them. Once I directly pointed them out to her she said with some annoyance, and dissmissal, "that's it"? In shock, I asked her if she was really going to dismiss the cuts?

... He was rude, accusatory, and acted suspicious and put off by my self diagnosis of trauma related ptsd as well as some dissasociation. After being taken to a room to see a doctor, Dr. Margaret L. Hall came in almost immediately. She was instantly confrontational, and asked me what had brought me in tonight. I explained my trauma and that I was self harming, because of the unresolved trauma, and ptsd. She asked to see my cuts (which were located on my arm), and she was extremely dismissive...
