Confidence in Dr. Krock
Dr. Krock has been my cardiologist since 2018 when I consulted him because of a high coronary calcium score. After some tests, he was able to explain the situation clearly and put my mind at rest that my condition was manageable. I found it very easy to interact with him. He was able to schedule tests in 3-4 days that I would have waited 4-6 weeks for at the larger hospitals in DFW.His staff are professional and efficient; I provided blood work when I checked in and it was scanned and on his iPad within 10 minutes, in time for my appointment. And there are no long waits in the reception area, they bring you in within 5 minutes of your appointment time. I am very confident in Dr. Krock's skills and experience.

Outstanding, Caring Doctor
I have been a patient of the Heart Smart Group for several years. I have found the entire Heart Smart Team to be friendly, professional and highly knowledgeable. They have identified some my cardiac issues, explained them thoroughly and in a way I would understand (without being condescending) and provided several treatment options and advice. They made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Krock and his amazing staff without reservation.

Best doctor!
I read these reviews and was shocked! Dr. Krock is the nicest most genuine caring person. He has dedicated himself to helping me improve and was the best doctor I've ever been to(not just cardiologist but best doctor). He knows so much about cardiology and explains everything so well that I understand, unlike other doctors. You will not regret choosing Dr. Krock over the average cardiologist. I lived across the United States and would say Dr. Krock is the #1 cardiologist I've ever seen in all my 78 years! My whole family is now seeing him and Dr. Bujold, I could not recommend him enough!

So, I had Atria Fib June of 2021, I'm 70 yrs old, an avid walker, and bicyclist without any health issues. One day my heart rate was 160 and would not budge. The wellness clinic made one phone call and I saw Dr. Krock in one hour. Gave me medication and let me know this could happen again in the future. After two months and no issues I decided to quit the medications he prescribed. Fast forward December 28,2022, found my heart rate at 150<160 again. Called office and had an appointment in an hour. Same medications, heart rate dropped in a day, an appear to be back to normal. So the moral is...some people (Dr. Krock) can teach an old dog (me) a new trick. Stay....with the medication and enjoy life. Thank you Dr. Krock

Dr. Krock saved my life at the ER. I was very fortunate to be in the right hands at that crucial time of life and death. He truly cares for his patients. If not for him I would not be here today. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with cardiac issues.

Dr. Krock saved my life! I’m so Thankful for his amazing talents and his ability to walk us through all the stages. From the initial ER visit, to keeping me alive during my Widow Make Heart Attack and stenting procedure, to all our fun follow up visits! He is an incredibly talented Cardiologist and human being. He has made this whole life changing experience comfortable and easy to understand. My family and I are so grateful for him, his staff and entire team! He has helped tremendously by listening to my health pains and concerns and referred me to another specialist (neurologist) who also is amazing and was able to uncover other medical issues I was unaware of, as I thought they were related to Heart symptoms. He has a special way of making you feel at ease by asking questions, some not so fun to ask, but necessary.. He is helping me want to continue to fight for my life and health everyday! We are eternally grateful and appreciative for all you do for our entire community. ????????

Dr. Krock is difficult to evaluate. He's a great doctor, to be sure. But he's like many specialists: he knows you better than you know yourself. Or so he thinks. I have been going to him for about a year and a half so he has to be doing something right. And as I said, he's a good doctor and knows his stuff. One thing I especially like about his office is his staff. They are perhaps the best doctor's office staff I've ever come across. They know you when you walk in the door or call, they help any way they can. Makes it worthwhile to put up with Dr. Krock's only real shortfall - bedside manner. But, again, he's a good cardiologist and I'm the second generation to see him.

First met Dr Krock in the cath lab in Frisco to receive a stent after a cardiac arrest. Skill is impeccable and I quickly signed on to have him as my cardiologist. Helped through treatment, recovery from quad bypass surgery. He's helping me with a maintenance regimen going forward. Does a great job of communicating and explaining why we're doing things. Got me back to normal life in short order. I have and do trust him with my life and would recommend to anyone!

At my 1st appt. I was asked to reschedule due an emergency. The 2nd appt. I waited 2 hours to see him. He was rushed and did not explain anything. He diagnosed AFib and prescribed a blood thinner. I made another appt. and spent a long time with his PA and less that 5 with him, he did not like me asking questions. I went to an EP cardiologist and was told I did not have AFib at all and did NOT need a blood thinner. He might be good at surgery but as a clinician, I was very disappointed.

Dr Krock has been my cardioligist for 15 years. I always arrive early for appointments and usually get called in within a few minutes to start the process. His office and the waiting room are always sparkling clean, and the receptionist and other personnel are friendly and efficient. I attended my appointment today and waited less than 3 minutes before being called in. DR Krock is friendly and efficient, and answers my questions. He spends the appropriate time with me.

I am a long term CHF patient. I contracted AF and was told just a progression of CHF. Totally wrong. It was due to a drug I told him I was on. My research showed the drug could cause AF once i stopped the drug the AF went away. Mean time i was put on blood thinners now i am off! I feel he does nothing to diagnosis real issue just assumes based on current condition and follows ACC guidelines. If I had not done my own research i would have AF and on blood thinners
