Not Happy With Service
My appointment was at 11am. I waited 45 minute and still wasn’t seen. Five (5) other patients came in after me, were seen and left before I was even called back! No communication at all. I asked when I would be seen and I was told I was next, but then another patient was called in front of me. That was the last straw. I left and will not be back. When a doctor is running late, the patients should be informed. If the doctor is working on a cast that is running long, the patients should be informed. I have a feeling that if the doctor, or any of the staff, went to a restaurant for a 7pm reservation, they would be upset if they were not seated until 7:45 or after. Or, if they were told to pick up their car from a repair shop at noon, then they had to wait until 12:45 or after to get their car, they wouldn’t be happy. Doctor’s are very important, but patients have lives, jobs and responsibilities as well. Doctor’s shou;d be treated with respect, but patients should as well

Dr. Musselman has been my cardiologist since December 7, 2011. On that date, he performed an emergency procedure setting me up for bi-pass surgery and literally saved my life. To this day I am grateful to Dr. Musselman and Dr. Melvin Platt for the happy and healthy life I now enjoy. And I look forward to my annual visit with Dr. Musselman and his fine staff.

He is in all ways very good. I can’t say the practice in general is well managed. Wait time is never less than an hour. For his associate it’s never less than 2 hours. She will give you a hurried conversation. To much on her plate. They need no new patients as the existing load is to much. Therefore a 5 star turns into a 3.

In the 4 years that I have been a patient of Dr. Musselman, I have appreciated the kind & calming manor in which he has talked & listened to me. When it became necessary to go to the ER with chest pains, the hospital called him in & I have not been disappointed. In my opinion, he has been the right doctor for my heart related health issues.
