wildest requirements to even get seen
We can't even get seen. my grandma was referred by her MD and their office says the Nurse has to approve her making an appt (when did a Nurse have more say over a MD) in 2-3 wks and they are already booking out a month -2 so my 94 yo grandma that has a new aneurysm and has fallen 3x in a week has to wait .. until MAYBE November per the office. sounds like we are looking for someone else to see with better patient etiquette. if your sick or worried about YOUR health request another provider. we are looking already

staff disappointed me
was referred here from a very good doctor at a very good hospital (St. David's) after suffering a stroke. It can be a daunting and scary time and all i got was the runaround from the staff here. I tried to use my recommendation to get an appt with Dr. Mawla so this is not a review of him specifically, i hear he's great. I wanted to begin to have a new trusted relationship with a nuerologist going fwd after hospital. Instead I got a staff that told me there would be a 7-10 day wait for them to schedule the appt. I waited 10 days and never heard anything back. I called them on the 11th day and they told me "these things take time" and they would call me when there was an opening. Apparently there was never an opening in the future because they didn't call back. I then called back on day 20 of the very nervous waiting period and they said i just have to be patient and that they would call. Called my primary doctor and told him of the unprofessionalism he got me to a new neurologist.
