Dr. Maliha Shakil, MD

Unprofessional and rude. She rudely allows herself to get distracted by talking to someone else right before coming into my room for nearly 10 minutes, not 1-2. Who does that? There was a whole lab panel that was obtained and I never received all of the results. I call repeatedly and not one person in that office can explain to me why I never received all of the results. I bring up to her staff’s attention about her not wearing her mask correctly. The doctor literally sends me a message telling me masks are no longer required. So why are you wearing one in the first place? Funny, all the time this doctor took to respond to a silly mask dispute, she could have addressed all of the labs not being completed but of course she avoids messaging or discussing the more important issues at hand. I can never recommend this doctor to anyone I know or care about.

I took my daughter to see Doctor Shakil and requested a complete blood panel for her. Doctor Shakil didn’t have the human decency to have my daughter tested for a cbc and a cmp blood panel, although my daughter has insurance to cover the cost of being thoroughly tested. Doctor Shakil and her staff lied and told me that a machine is “broken”. The reason why my daughter wasn’t tested for the blood work I requested she should be tested for. Dr. Shakil is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. And she supposed to be a doctor. She also intentionally had my daughter and me wait approximately eight or nine minutes before she entered into the room where my daughter and me was waiting for her just so she can talk to someone. Dr.Shakil doesn’t care professionally about her patients and she is obviously out to get as rich as she can just being a doctor.

I appreciate the time Dr. Shakil takes to ask questions about symptoms and issues. She explains everything in detail, yet simply. I never feel rushed. I appreciate her care.
