Dr. Mala Kaul, MD

Dr Mala Kaul is an absolute amazing Doctor, when l visited her office back in 2021. l couldn’t barely walk. she diagnosed me very quickly and prescribed me some meds that gave me so much relief. In about 2 months, the pain gradually disappeared. I recommend this young lady, you won’t be disappointed. Here now in 2025 the pain has returned only because l didn’t keep up with my regular visits. Hopefully l can book an appointment this week.

Dr. Kaul seems to be a great physician. However, her assistant not so much. I've never had a physician tell me that I'm not disable but I come to see you in a wheelchair. The physician see that I can't bend my knee and walking with a cane. She sees how my fingers and hands have started to deform. Tells me to get a job where I don't have to type. Go figure that one out. Right then and there my decision was not to go back to this doctor. She does not care! Never tried or suggest physical therapy, nothing. Just prescribing meds. It's a sad day in America when the doctor see you are unable to work and tell you to find a job where you don't have to type when that is what you have always done - work on a computer. She needs to work with animals not humans.

Do. Not. Ever. Go. To. This. Woman. She was condescending and insisted that my problem was Neurological without any imaging or testing besides feeling my joints. Refused to look at any problems or listen to my family history of arthritis. Told me that Asians like me don't get arthritis or autoimmune disorders so it is unlikely. If you actually want treatment, look elsewhere.

Explain your condition and medicine prescribed in detail. The entire staff is very compassionate and goes the extra mile every visit!!!

Dr. Kaul is a very attentive doctor. She listens very well, answers and explains all your questions. No long waiting time. Great office and very kind staff.

I was so impressed with her. Her bed side manners, her diagnosis, her sitting me down one on one, her knowledge, her humbleness, I can go on and on and on. Loved her!

Dr. Kaul is the third Dr. I have seen since being diagnosed. She is thorough and takes time to ask questions and listen to answers. Her course of treatment for me has been stellar. I seem to be in total remission if that is possible. I will continue to use her and her staff as long as I live in the Atlanta area.

She is a very professional and pleasant doctor. Her office is well organized and friendly. I am so glad I found her!
