Rude, seems like a narcissist. Stay Away
Waited 1.5 hrs; even staff seemed peeved by dr's tardiness & said she'd arrived an hr late & was over an hr behind. Patients were livid, saying Diaz wasn't worth it. A man exiting his appt w Diaz was almost in tears, stunned & repeatedly telling his wife 'no one who talks that fast over you is listening,' which I took as not a good sign. Staff was rudeincompetent, no paperwork I or my physicians faxed over had even been printed out or looked at. Only 1 employee was polite. When Diaz finally saw me, I was shocked how abrasive, rude&rushed she was. 1st she rudely asked 'Why are u even here?'; I'd been referred by 3 of my specialists. At 1 pt we were almost literally yelling at each other she was so insulting, argumentative&hostile. After I stood up 4 myself, she calmed down. But later, I realized if a vet had treated my Dog that way I'd have walked, so I can't go back. Be prepared to fight for any care. Also imho, Diaz & the other latino staff seemed angry&prejudiced twd white ppl.

Dr. Villafradez-Diaz - Rheumatologist
She is extremely thorough in treating you. Blood work may seem excessive, but she is extremely knowledgeable and treats you with care and kindness. I am so glad I find her. My life has been so much more manageable since she started treating me. Wait times may be long sometimes, but rest assured that you are getting excellent care

Dr. Diaz seems like a caring doctor. My daughter only was able to see her once. A follow up appointment was made, I made it right after she was done and the staff messed it up. When my daughter got there they said there was no appointment. She drove an hour and half to see her. The staff is terrible, so many behind the counter, distracted talking to each other, on their phones. I can understand why the appointment was not entered. And they take no responsibility so they don't try to fix their error. it is very sad such a great doctor with a subpar staff.

Knew exactly what I had before testing came back
Was seen since 2017 by Dr. Kapil at Florida Arthritis Center, Dr. Kapil passed away and practice was taken over by Dr. Ramos. He refused to listen to me and my symptoms and insisted that I only had fibromyalgia even though my blood work was all abnormal. I was later diagnosed in 2018 with Ovarian Cancer. Once again my follow I complained about other symptoms and he refused to listen and insisted it was only fibromyalgia. One day I accompanied a friend of mine who was being seen by Dr. Villafradez and was so impressed that I immediately made an appointment. I explained to her my symptoms and her exact words to me were ' Open your Mouth' Your missing several teeth. You have problems swallowing she asked? I said yes and alot of cavities along with other pain. She immediately said You have Sjogren's Syndrome. She went all out and peformed a full battery of tests on me and sure enough thats exactly what I had along with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Medical Enduced Lupus. This doctor saved me

Friendly and Thorough doctor
Great bedside manner. As a new patient, she did a really thorough review of my medications and overall health - and quite a bit of testing to really check the status of my body and autoimmune issues.

only number I can find for the office is a fax number. Can't even verify if she's a real doctor because there's no website.

1st, Trying to get this office or the doctor to return a call is IMPOSSIBLE. She took over for a doctor I was already seeing (yes I could have went somewhere else but decided to give her a try) So far it's not going well! My RA has advanced and she keeps making excuses for why my fingers, toes, knees and shoulders are getting more deformed and none of them has to do with RA, funny that's the only thing I have ever been diagnosed. I am Not getting the treatment needed to keep my RA under control

Love, love, love her! Because she listens, she understands and she actually helps. For the first time in years, I have been able to function without constant pain. Sometimes, the wait may be long, but it is worth it. Most times, they get to you very quickly though Thanks Dr. V- you are AWESOME!

I've never been treated so well by a doctor and their staff. I finally found someone who understands and cares. She is helping me develope a well rounded plan to manage my chronic conditions. Very female friendly environment which is so refreshing. The wait is a little long but its because she will actually address everything and LISTEN to you. I would wait all day for that.
