Misdiagnosed and does't do call backs Awful!
I went to Dr. Patel years ago and have been wanting to do a review. I was feeling ill, hands and feet swollen and achy. She told me it was my age (40 at the time) I was feeling worse and worse and called her office and secretary told me she doesn't do call backs. I saw another dr and she diagnosed me right away with an autoimmune disease, put me on medicine and I've been fine every since. Would never recommend Dr. Patel

Saw her years ago and would never go back. Been wanting to rate her. Absolutely horrible experience ! I had all the signs of an autoimmune disease and she blew me off and told me there was nothing wrong with me and it was just age. I felt just awful and when I called her secretary told me she doesn't do call backs. Saw another doctor who diagnosed me right away and put me on medication and have been fine ever since.

Was recommended, made appointment 6 months ago... have not had physical because I was waiting to see her. My insurance did not cover previous primary I had. Appointment next week finally.. I was called and told she is now not taking any new patients because she has to catch up with others because of Covid- 19. I understand the circumstances but to wait 6 months for visit and then be disregarded is extremely unprofessional. So basically she could care less about someone who possibly has something and needs care and told go find someone else. Disgusting!

Dr. Patel is great! She is thorough, spends time with you answers all your questions and follow up up when needed. The office staff is rude and unprofessional. If you want the best doctor and can deal with a rude staff - this is the place to go.
