Dr. PJ can be pretty arrogant at times and barely available for set appointments. If Dr. PJ is in the office, it can take up to 3 hours to see her. At times you are asked if you would like to see another in-house doctor. Perhaps Dr. PJ overbooks appointments? The patient phone service is horrible. Reps barley answer the phone and you can not leave a message because the 'mailbox is full and can not accept any messages'. Oh, and if you finally reach a phone rep, do not expect a return call about your concerns. It just does not happen. You will have to call back over and over and hope you will reach someone. The Veterinarian's office I use is far more professional than Dr. PJ's office. Possibly the location of Dr. PJ's office is why our community gets this treatment?

A colleague recommended Dr. PJ as she’s affectionately called. I was falling apart and she straightened me right on up. Dr PJ referred me to specialist she visits. Took my health concerns seriously and changed my dated medication my old physician prescribed. My hypertension is now under control. Her bedside manner is top notch and she explains things thoroughly. I felt like I’ve known her forever! I highly recommend Dr PJ.

I've been with Dr. P.J. for a good ten years now and she has not changed. She is concerned about the physical and mental well-being of her patients. The staff is also very nice as well. Everyone in the office takes time to listen. Whatever my concerns are, I can address them with the staff such as any faxes sent over by my other doctors are received. The Office Manager is great. The office hours are good for me as well. Reminder appointments are given. I appreciate this office on Guy R, Brewer Blvd. Thank you.

Dr. PJ is and was my doctors for over 20 years. She Cares about you the person. I trust her with my life, and would trust anyone I love to her. I moved to NC so I can only see her now, when I go home. No one can ever replace this doctor and I wish I could bring her her.

Dr.pj is a very excellent doctor to me and my daughter and mother i wouldn't trade her for nothing i just no other doctor but her if she tell me that they are good then I would see whoever she send me to BUT she has to give me the OK NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT you are in good hand if she your doctor

She is an excellent, down to earth, healthcare professional. If anyone out there desires a doctor that is easy to communicate with and whom is a great listener, she is the one. I'm happy to have her. She goes highly recommend.

Dr PJ listens, cares and does not cut corners in providing care and referrals. She has been my medical doctor for 10 years and she had heard my concerns and address them immediately i.e. adjusted medications, further testing. She is a doctor with integrity and compassion.
