Best Dr I have ever had
Initial appointment Dr. Mac spent over two hours with me evaluating and going over my records and testing. He explains everything in great detail so that I understand. Very professional, caring, competent and compassionate. I have never had such great care or competency in a physician.

Dr. McLaughlin is the best doctor. He takes the time to meet with me and explain more about my MS. He is thorough and goes over all of my scans and blood work every time I meet with him. Whenever I have had an issue he was the one to respond, not a nurse. He is honest and friendly. I wish every doctor was like Dr. McLaughlin.

Dr. McLaughlin is very friendly, and sets a very long block of time to thoroughly go over whatever the patient wants to go over. I don't understand the negative reviews as he is the best neurologist I have encountered with my MS, all other doctors were cold and clinical. Perhaps it is because the types of illness he deals with are very stressful for the patient, the real need for many of us Is social work as much as medical, maybe people are looking for that. Very thorough, no wait time.

After dealing with completely rude and unprofessional neurologists in Lincoln I was blessed enough to get in with Dr. Mc Laughlin at UNMC. He is the most patient doctor and has great bedside manner. Spent a couple of hours at my initial appointment explaining things to me and my family about what was going on with me. Wonderful dr!
