I have been a patient of Dr. O'Connor's for about 3 years.The care I received from Dr. O'Connor was exceptional. She listened attentively to my concerns and provided personalized treatment that yielded positive results. The entire team at the clinic displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. My first procedure was very successful and I returned to have her perform a routine colonoscopy. I recommended her to my dear friend and insisted my husband switch to her for screening. They are both extraordinarily grateful. Recently, I developed an issue that needed to be addressed. Out of the blue, Dr. O'Connor called me to just check in and see how I was feeling. Naturally that is not something you experience these days. We talked for at least 15 minutes and she put me comfortably at ease. She always has a bright smile and approaches the Doctor-Patient relationship with incredible sensitivity, dedication and compassion.

Great experience with the Clinicians of the practice. Had a few hiccups with the office staff, but they were able to correct a few things and my appointment and procedure went well. Will definitely be having my follow up procedure with Dr. O'Connor in 5 years. Thank you!

This doctor does a rectal exam every time you visit her. Medicare gets a bill for an extra $400.00. I went to see her for acid reflux (GERD) and she did a rectal exam. I have been to a number of Gastro doctors and she is the only one who does this. But OK maybe for my first visit. Then she asked me to keep a food diary for three weeks and report back. When I did, she said “let’s take a look” and did another rectal exam. Seriously? I wish I refused. When I asked her a question, she said “oh you have GERD?” She didn’t even look at my chart. Done here.

I saw Dr O’Connor for a few appointments and a colonoscopy two weeks ago. She’s very pleasant, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain what’s going on during every visit. She’ll always ask if there are any questions before the appointment is over. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a Dr.

Dr. O'Connor, office staff and surgical team are professional and personable. Nursing team was knowledgeable and gave very specific and helpful post-procedure instructions. Overall a great experience.

Friendly, kind and gentle and very professional. She explains the results clearly with actual photos taken during the colonoscopy. I felt very well taken care of by her and the office staff. I highly recommend Dr. O’Connor.

This was my first colonoscopy, and I was very nervous. Dr. O’Connor has the best bedside manners. She explained the entire procedure to me in a way that I could understand. She encouraged me to relax and that it would all be over before I knew it and I would be fine. No lies were told. She has an awesome way of making you feel like everything will be alright. For something that I would consider intrusive, I would recommend her for sure.

I saw Dr. O’Connor for a triple hemorrhoid banding and she made an awkward situation relatively painless, both literally and figuratively. She made me feel comfortable and treated my condition expertly. Great bedside manner, highly recommended!

I've been a patient of Dr. O'Connor for several years and I highly recommend her.In addition to being an excellent, highly skilled colorectal surgeon, Dr. O'Connor is extremely caring and sincerely devoted. She takes time to talk with patients. Never felt rushed. Dr. O'Connor explains procedures, results and patiently answers questions. Not only a fantastic doctor but she's very humble and an extremely kind person. Also, Dr. O'Connor is a champion in encouraging and promoting early colorectal screening ( participates in interviews with several television stations, community organizations etc.). Her Facebook page and other social media platforms, include but are not limited to, encouraging healthy life styles and healthy eating.The office staff is awesome! Helpful, kind and patient! I have seen Dr. Lynn 3 separation occasions for procedures. She is very kind and explains everything to you. Her staff is nice as well. My only suggestion would be improving the wait time for appointments.

This was my first colonoscopy, long long overdue. The staff was very kind and made me feel very comfortable. The Dr came in to make sure I was comfortable as well. Afterwards I felt great with no after affects At the f/u visit Dr O'Connor explained with pictures , exactly what she did , step by step.
