I have seen Dr. Philippsen for about 20 years with a condition on my vocal cords that can only be treated with surgery. He has taken excellent care of me and I’ve had more than 20 surgeries. Another professional said it’s a miracle that I still have a voice. Dr. Philippsen knew it was important to remove the growth when it was small so I would have a better chance to keep my voice. He also has been the best in explaining what he is going to do and how my recovery would be.

Doc. Phillipson is very good, but wait time and scheduling are horrific! I recently called to get in having severe ear pain and the nurse said she couldn't get me in till December! A month away, she then asked if I had a primary care doctor, well when you have problems with your ear, you have to see your ENT! Very disappointing, I am sure Dr. Phillipson does not know I couldn't get in. So I have to go out of town to see someone new. I am not happy about that . ??
