So happy we found Dr Alvarez, such a wonderful and caring doctor, so attentive, really kind and funny!!! Very nice staff too. We are Very very happy!!!!

He is amazing he listens and cares for his patients, now days is rare to have a Dr. Who doesn’t treat you like a number. I definitely recommend this Doctor

Dr. Alvarez Is by far the best primary care Dr that I have ever had. He takes his time with his patients and truly listens to me. I suffered for 6 years w a severe health issue and had been hospitalized several times w many specialist. No real diagnosis. My first time meeting him, he was able to figure out what was going on. Is sense of humor is contagious. The next best thing to him is his 2 dogs( non allergic) that comes to work w him. I would and have recommended him to my neighbors and friends. Give him a chance, you will be happy you did!

Husband and I were looking for a primary care physician when we moved to Boca Raton. Dr. Alvarez was recommended to us by several different people. We are very pleased with Dr. Alvarez. He is friendly, competent and willing to work with patients, His office staff is terrific. We love him and his practice.

Highly disappointed in this office and Dr. Alvarez as a "physician". My 81 year old mother who survived breast cancer, who has a heart valve replacement, who is bed bound from a botched hip replacement, was sent home with antibiotics for a burst abscess (the swollen gland Dr. Alvarez initially told her not to worry about) was not healing. The wound care RN nurse that was coming to treat her advised that he had to get his supervisor involved due to the lack of response from Dr. Alvarez office as he never submitted an order, or replied to the future call in to update him on the non improvement. It's horrific how a "Doctor" who took an oath, can neglect and brush senior citizens to the side, can't even return a phone call!!!??? Appalling. It's been 5 days since she completed her antibiotics, the RN advised to find a new primary care physician for my mother, and we are taking her to the hospital since "Dr." Alvarez chose to neglect her care.

Dr. Alvarez is the real thing. You must have the wrong Dr. Alvarez. It bothers me that anyone would write something derogatory about my Doctor. Hope this sets the record straight Dr. Luis Alvarez is an amazing Doctor. He is honest, genuine, and caring. I have been his patient for over a decade . I would not consider going elsewhere

We have been patients of Dr. Alvarez for about two years. He treats everyone like family, and gives each patient as much time as they need (which does sometimes lead to a longer wait time to be seen). The only downfall is that, with such a small practice that has lots of patients, it can be hard to schedule an urgent appointment - and you can have a wait of 3+ hours as a walk-in.

Extremely caring and down to earth, always laughing, and most of all very attentive to his patients. Doctor Alvarez has great bedside manners and has a beautiful dog in office for the kids.

Doctor Alvarez is one of a kind, he still spends time with you, doe snot give you medication you do not need, and he truly cares about his patients. Yes the office is busy but they offer walk in visits anytime if you do not have an appointment.

This doctor is the Ultimate Scam, first I went with my wife to do the exams for my residence after charge us $450.00 to do the exams he filled the form wrong in the first place, after a few months of waiting I receive a letter from my case telling me that the form was filled incorrectly, I called him regarding this and he told that I had to pay another $450.00 to repeat all the tests. If that weren't enough I went to do the annual check and he missed the laboratory tests from his office.

Didn't like him and he did a lousy job. Had a creepy feeling the whole time I was there.

I have been seeing Dr. Alvarez for over 5 years. I was looking for a Doctor who made me feel like I was a name, not a number! He is the very best! He a very caring Doctor. You can tell he treats his staff well, because everyone is happy and helpful in his office.
