Best experience I’ve had with a pain Dr
I’ve had 5 cervical surgeries and been elsewhere years ago for pain management, none of which was successful. Just yesterday I met Dr Noto in person for a medial branch block and I can’t say enough how wonderful he and his staff were. After suffering in debilitating pain since 2009, I have real HOPE!!I read reviews but don’t always let them influence me as you aren’t hearing both sides of the story.Dr. Noto IS AWESOME!!!!

Horrible experience. Would recommend elsewhere for any pain management concerns. Staff are unfriendly to you, can’t even schedule an appointment. Don’t seem to listen to any concerns and push injections. Notes in chart documenting wrong things when clearly symptoms were worse. Highly recommend elsewhere unless you like being treated quite poorly.

Excellent Pain Management Specialist
I have pretty severe degenerative disc disease. I have already undergone 2 cervical (neck) spinal surgeries, and will likely need a 3rd in the next few years. This guy right here has been a LIFE SAVER for me these past nearly 20 years. He regularly does trigger point injections for me, steroid shots, and has performed nerve ablations as well. He would have also been able to put in a spinal cord stimulator if the area where I need it wasn't so tricky, but alas, I was not a candidate. When you are a person who has dealt with chronic pain FOR DECADES, you REALLY need someone who is caring, who listens, and who gives you strategies to improve your life versus just throwing meds at the problem. I highly recommend Dr. Noto if you need a pain management specialist.

Use to care but now he has changed
Over a decade of seeing him he had been great! Always helped me. Bit over the past year or so he has changed. He no longer listens, he lies to me about things and so many of my notes in my chart are completely wrong! But of course he won't admit to it. Clearly he should just retire if he doesn't care anymore!

Excellent doctor!!!
I was worried at first after seeing the negative reviews but didn't really have a choice since my doctor retired and i was in pain. I am so glad that i made the appointment! Dr Noto was very thorough, answered all questions without making me feel rushed at all and was very down to earth. He gave me injections in both hips without any pain at all. He also has a great sense of humor. Don't be scared off by reviews, you never know if they are true! Highly recommend.

I have been a patient for over five years and I can honestly say Dr. Noto and his amazing team have saved my quality of life. My condition is unusual at best and previous doctors just kept throwing more meds at me. Dr. Noto was the first doctor who listened, ordered a genetic test, and put together a treatment plan that genuinely works for me. I have never felt rushed or not listened to and I cannot imagine how horrible things could have turned out had I not found Dr. Noto and his amazing team.

I will not be returning to this doctor. He did not listen to any of my concerns, and informed me that he would not be prescribing me pain medication for an ongoing, long term illness. I told him that I was not asking for narcotics, and that I was simply looking for a plan so that I cold function from day to day. He then told me to go to the hospital every time I experienced pain. He then put me on a medication that I told him makes me gain weight, and he totally disregarded my comments. I then went online to check his notes, only to find out that he apparently did not pay attention to a word I said, and recorded my current medications for the wrong illnesses. Bedside manner was cold at best.

Does not listen to patient, also seems to ignore prior diagnosis. Has no interest in valid medical records that would help. Likes to push injections that give no results. I can honestly say that he has cemented a no trust situation with multiple patients. Do not let this guy hurt you with his needles!
