I’ve been under Dr. Dickerson’s care for nearly a year now and I cannot recommend him enough if you are struggling through chronic pain and dealing with issues related to Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, long covid, joint hypermobility/EDS, and POTS/Autonomic disorders. The progress I’ve made (thanks to him) is beyond my initial wildest expectations, and through all steps his care team has been nothing but respectful, positive, and validating. This is the place that WILL treat you like the valuable human being you are!

He’s the best!
He is super smart, honest and continues to evolve my treatment plan that is based on both gains & my struggles. I have multiple, complex issues, & his understanding of pain has given me days with significantly less pain, and moments of almost none! During most recent treatment, he continues to go out of his way to help me remain calm, and as comfortable as possible. His positive energy & genuine honesty is encouraging.

I am beyond fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Dickerson. After struggling with long covid for almost a year, I was losing hope that I would ever find a doctor who was familiar with long covid and kept up with the research. I'm so glad I made an appointment with Dr. Dickerson before giving up my search. At my first appointment, Dr. Dickerson listened to my concerns and took them seriously. I left with a treatment plan, which included low dose naltrexone, a referral for autonomic testing, and an appointment for a stellate ganglion block. While I still have some symptoms, they are manageable. Dr. Dickerson gave me my life back. I am forever grateful. I cannot recommend Dr. Dickerson and his staff enough.

Dr. Dickerson's care changed my life
Dr. Dickerson has seen me for a number of years for a rare type of nerve damage which cases facial and head pain. He is intelligent, compassionate, motivated, and attentive. He has worked with me to find a pain management solution that works for me, not just to temporarily alleviate my pain, but also to improve it overall. Compared to how I was when I started seeing him, I have improved vastly and my overall pain is much lower and more manageable. I am so grateful for his high quality care. He doesn't just provide temporary solutions, but actually wants his patients to lead better, more fulfilling lives.

Massive change to quality of life, and a great guy
I was recently diagnosed with dysautonomia, joint hypermobility and several pain syndromes. I was cautiously optimistic about seeing someone for the symptoms, but I've also had not-great experiences with other doctors. Not only is Dr. Dickerson easy to talk to, but he's also lighthearted and compassionate at the same time. He had a game plan laid out for me with steps to take to reduce the symptoms, and that his staff was always there if there was a time when my pain was bad. They can see me to help alleviate pain without always having to hit the ER. You see him and get a conversation from a genuinely great guy, who also happens to be spectacularly smart and an amazing doctor. Couldn't recommend him more! I'm currently taking bike rides and walks and my symptoms are so much better with more improvements to come.

So far - I'm very impressed. Dr. Dickerson seemed to be the first doctor in my back pain saga, that had read my file before coming into the office. He knew what I had tried - He had read my reports. It really nice. Plus - he seems very compassionate and kind. As well as funny.

Dr. Dickerson gave my husband new options for chronic back pain. He educated us in a way no other MD has ever spent time doing. He knows his field and can explain the procedures. Best of all he really seems to love his work. I'm going to him now and have great hope for my chronic pain. He's 5 stars all the way.

Dr. David Dickerson CHANGED OUR LIVES!!! My mom has been suffering with chronic low back pain for over 8 years. No doctor has been able to help her. She had two SI fusions and still suffered miserably. After one visit with “Dave” her life is forever changed. For someone who couldn’t live a normal life, let alone practically leave the couch she’s now doing anything she wants to! He’s confident but not cocky, and very funny! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Dr Dickerson is a top-notch doctor who also has fabulous patient communication skills! He went above and beyond to help my daughter with her chronic pain- something she has been dealing with for over 13 years! He has treated her with the upmost respect and worked hard to give her the relief she so desperately needed. Doctor Dickerson has changed my daughter's quality of life more than we had ever thought possible. He is by far the best doctor we have ever worked with and we highly recommend him.

Dr. Dickerson has worked with my wife's post mastectomy pain issues. He continued to work with her through multiple treatments always finding another arrow in the quiver until we found a treatment that truly helped with her pain.
