I cannot say enough abt Dr. Alfonse. She was professional and experienced yet her bed side manner was what really made me feel comfortable. She is the best!

To be honest, I was so distracted by her mask slipping off her face every 2 seconds and touching it and then touching me, that i can't give a review of what she said or her medical experience. This review is solely about her mask wearing skill. Kind of important during the pandemic though. When I got there she was walking up and down the hall without a mask on. Then when she came in to see me, she had a mask on that she had to keep pulling up because it wouldn't stay on. She seems like maybe she really knows her stuff as far as what she does, but unfortunately I can't get past the fact that she would put her patients at risk during the pandemic by not following protocol. Did not feel comfortable at all.

Dr. Alfonse is such an amazing and skilled physician. In November of 2019 she performed a minor excisional biopsy/lumpectomy for me. I requested to have her care for me since I have heard nothing but good things about her. She is truly amazing and alleviated all my fears , worries , and concerns during my pre op appointment and day of surgery. I would highly recommend this physician to anybody who is in need of a breast surgical oncologist. Such a wonderful doctor. She made such a scary time for a 22 years old not so scary and daunting.

I absolutely LOVE Dr Alfonse!!! She is so easy to talk to and listens to my concerns and fears, and helps to put me at ease during the most difficult time in my life. She's excellent! I truly do not understand the negative reviews of her, she's the BEST!! I have had the best experience with her and the entire office and staff at LVHN, and would absolutely recommend her to everyone!!!

I have been a patient of Dr Alfonse for 3 years now. She did surgery on me 3 years ago. She made me feel comfortable and totally trusted her. I have seen her several times since. I don't understand the other reviews, she has always listened to me, been 100% caring, and even gave me her cell number in case I had questions/concerns. The staff has always been nice to me, never rude. I was so happy I chose her and would recommend her.

she was nice enough, but didn't really LISTEN to me.... she seemed to have ADD or something. The staff is 90% rude and blurts out personal information loud enough for the entire waiting room to hear.

went for second opinion. she was nice enough, but didn't seem competent to me. Alfonse looked NOTHING like these pics here on line. she also EXAMINED THE WRONG BREAST. The staff was also rude and idiotic. I was only person in waiting room and when I asked to have TV turned off receptionist got mad and told me that TV watchers had more rights than I did! check out person said NO thank you OR goodbye. this entire breast center is a money making joke. please go somewhere else
