AVOID “DR.” DIGIORGIO
I met with Digiorgio on two separate occasions and both times he was unable to help me in the slightest. The only reason I met with him a second time was because my condition was getting worse and he was the only doctor I could see within 2 weeks. Both times he was unconcerned, neglectful, unprofessional, and had no clue what he was doing. Couldn’t tell me what was going on, didn’t order any tests, and didn’t offer to recommend a competent doctor to me. Huge waste of time and money. He shouldn’t be allowed to call himself a doctor. The Stuart community would be better off without him.

Can't get in as an established pt and deadly ifect
My father has a chronic cath for 6 years and has been admitted to the hosipital and rehab to clear this infection. Were told need to get in asap. The earliest date is November. Now I know that things are busy here, but this is the mans mental status and his ability to continue to live on his own. I called and left several messages with the nursing staff to no response. How did we get to this point where a man can loose his mind over a uti (rehab says when infection clears -challenging infection- his mind will clear but see a urologist NOW). We have been in a medical facility since August 25! He is an established patient and CANT BE SEEN BY HIS DOCTOR!!!! Absolutly unacceptable! The Rehab center says there are now only 3 urolgist in town. How is that!

RUN do not walk AWAY!!!!!!
My husband switched to this office since we moved from Broward County. Due to a pre-existing kidney cyst, he asked to be thoroughly checked out when he saw Dr. Digiorgio (we hesitate to even call him a doctor!) last year. He was not. My husband clarified that he wanted a more thorough exam this year, but again nothing! Digiorio spend less than 2 minutes with him- not even conducting a prostate exam on a 68 year old man, saying this was not necessary! ! My husband then drove almost 2 hours back to his previous doctor who completed the thorough exam as always, finding a second cyst and now sending him for a CAT scan to follow up. We are now fighting with the office to have the co-pay reversed and have a report filed with Visa AND our insurance company DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR FOR ANY REASON!

Way tooooooo busy for current patient
Inflamed prostrate, unable to urinate so I went to ER. Catheter was put in. Requested follow up with this doctor(already a patient),to have the catheter removed after 5 days. They cancelled the qppt. so another 5 days. Total of 10 days with catheter. Now I am even sicker with a UTI. Back to ER(TOTAL NIGHTMARE).Treated very poorly at ER; Cleveland Clinic North. Catheter put back in. ER doctor prescribed antibiotic. However, a call from another doctor the following day said NOT to take the antibiotic as the wrong one was prescribed. Still very sick. Actually, I am sicker now. After 5 calls to Lorenzo's office, unable to actually speak with anyone that can help you. They can't see me for over a month from now. This is not acceptable. WOW!! This is how he treats his urgent patients?? If you have an emergency, go to Jupiter Med Ctr. Stay far from Cleveland Clinic and this doctor. They don't care. This is brief description. Too many words to explain all the incompetencies and run around.

After waiting for over a year for treatment the prescription was sent to my old Drs. office. Left numerous voicemails concerning my treatment and never returned. Frustrating at best!!! Now it turns out the prescription was canceled by the pharmacy because they too did not hear back from his office. Probably a good Dr. But staff “hasn’t seen the ball since kick off”!

Dr. Lorenzo is without any doubt one of the most exceptional physician and surgeon I am very fortunate to have. With the help from both himself and Dr. Justin Parker at USF/TGH, I have had significant improvement. He is truly brilliant and as a retired physician and current patient, I couldn’t be more grateful for everything.

Having recently been diagnosed with elevated PSA, Dr. DiGiorgio recommended a fusion prostate biopsy. With this technique MRI images are over-layed with the sample probe ultrasound image to target specific collection areas of greater probability for cancer. I am confident in his care and concern for me as a patient. He answers questions and is thorough.

Dr. Digiorgio is one of the most skilled, respectful and compassionate physicians I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I received an excellent and through examination. Dr. Digiorgio took his time and made sure that all of my concerns were addressed. His support staff also goes the extra mile for their patients, treating each of us as if we were family. It is this type of treatment that will keep the current patients coming and also drive new patients to his practice.
